AFFILIATE RULES

I want you to know that I know 99.999% of you are all professional and AWESOME affiliates.

So technically, these following “rules and regulations” of this launch only applies to a small handful of people (if anyone at all actually).

Regardless, please read every point below to ensure that you are 100% compliant with this launch.

As an Affiliate you agree to the following:

  1. You must follow all the FTC Guidelines for affiliate marketing. As an affiliate or JV partner for our “Bounce Back BIG” launch’, you’ve read and fully agree to the terms listed on the Official FTC website Official FTC website: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/guides/guides.shtm (please read it to ensure that your promotions are compliant with all guidelines).
  2. We have a minimum threshold of $200 in commissions for our commission payout.
  3. To be eligible for any lead prize, your conversion to sales must not be significantly below the average. This is at our sole discretion.
  4. No spamming…and please don’t go buy questionable traffic where you are paying $5 for traffic (like at the Fiverr site)…trust me, if it’s too good to be true, it is. We don’t want any bad traffic whatsoever (as this can affect our sites and systems).
  5. No Negative Marketing - including but not limited to review sites, "Is this a scam?" sites, review videos and/or websites. This will automatically get you banned (and commissions negated) from all current and future promotions/launches (and possible legal action may be taken).
  6. No cookie stuffing.
  7. No “Launch Jacking” of any kind including but not limited to using fake review sites.
  8. No using any kind of domains/URLs that include my name, the name of my business or the name of my product including but not limited to Sonia Ricotti, Lead Out Loud, Unsinkable and Unsinkable Bounce Back System.
  9. No using any images of Sonia Ricotti, Unsinkable Bounce Back System, product images, logos, etc unless approved by Sonia or her team prior to posting.
  10. If you decide to promote using Facebook or a website, it needs to be clear that you’re a partner and that you are NOT portraying yourself as me through your marketing efforts. Doing that will disqualify you.
  11. If you are going to promote via SEO, paid advertisement, your ads must be approved prior to going live. Also you are not allowed to use our branded terms as keywords in your ads including but not limited to Sonia Ricotti, Lead Out Loud, and Unsinkable Bounce Back System.
  12. In order to be eligible for and/or win a prize in either the lead contest or sales contest leads must convert at average levels. You will not be eligible to win a leads prize if your opt in rate is considerably lower than average opt in levels.
  13. Your total sales and opt-in contest prizes cannot exceed your commissions earned. If you win a prize, but do not meet the minimum sales, you will be moved to the tier that you qualify for.
  14. Affiliates are not permitted to direct link to the order form unless it is done on a webpage that can only be found via email traffic (not indexable by search engines or social media).
  15. Affiliates are not permitted to post the webinar replay, the movie trailer or lenght movie on youtube or any other social media platform.
  16. Affiliates are not permitted to 'bait and switch' with their links in order to 'sniper' the cookie.
  17. The webinar replay, the movie trailer or the length movie are not permitted to be linked to from a search engine indexable page.

…in other words no “funny business”. If you do not comply with ALL the above rules, not only will you not be paid any commissions or prizes, but possible legal action may be taken.

It is important that all rules are followed as you may be disqualified from our launch at any time if you’re not 100% compliant, ethical and professional.
